If possible, need two CableCARDs validated

Greetings.

I have two Cisco (Scientific-Atlanta) CableCARDs that, up until today, were working just fine. They are inserted into Ceton InfiniTV 4 devices. I went to

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pair-activate-cablecard

which links to

https://cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net/

at which I can see both CableCARDs (I verified the serial numbers and MACs), and see that they are paired with the correct Host IDs of the Ceton devices. The "activation" fails, of course.

I spoke with numerous people at Comcast's first tier support, one of whom claims to have spoken with techs who deal with these issues, and said he was told, Good news! We can fix that. He attempted to transfer me to them, but that failed. The next rep I spoke with gave me the, Sorry, can't help you. Get an Xfinity cable box spiel.

I've seen in these forums posts from people reporting success in getting CableCARDs re-validated. This is my hope in posting this. If it fails, I guess Comcast loses money, as I will cancel my TV package and pay other companies for streaming.

Ironically, it's probably the Customer Loyalty discount I received on Sept. 15th that triggered this. Oops.

If you need me to DM you, please let me know.  Thanks in advance.
