I need help with a billing for premium services that are not needed or received.

I have a condo that has basic cable billed to all owners. Xfinity shut off service for premium channels that I do not have or have never ordered and will not restore basic services until the bill is paid. Since I don't get a bill from xfinity, I have no idea what is owed or how to dispute these charges to get basic service restored.
