I get error code: APPS-04036 on Peacock.

I get error code: APPS-04036 when trying to stream on Peacock. Streaming works fine with my account on my cell phone. Only happens on the X1 box. I logged out and back in. I deleted cache and local files. I restarted the box.  How do we fix this?

I also ran a refresh on the X1 box. Still no joy....
