How to turn off service alerts for x1 upgrade

I'm continually getting service alerts for an X1 upgrade.  I don't want X1 OR the alerts--how do I turn these off?  Choosing either option (Remind Me Later or Tune Now) doesn't turn it off, and now it's continually popping up every few minutes.

Why am I paying so much money for such a horrible experience?  This is a great example of why Comcast is the most hated company out there.
