How can I communicate with someone at Xfinity that understands CableCard activation/pairing?

Three days, four hours on the phone with Xfinity and three CableCards later I still do not have any channels on Tivo Bolt. So far I think I know more about CableCards than anyone I've talked to (very nice people) at Xfinity. After reading all the horror stories I'm not that surprised but my frustration is beginning to exceed my patience.

Hi Comcast Ted. Yes my new Tivo is paired successfully with the CableCard thanks to Brianna and Vanessa. Incidentally the CableCard that is installed is the original card that wouldn't pair on the old Tivo. I got the new/used Tivo on Ebay after confirming with the owner that it was previously working with a CableCard. Seems like the original Tivo device was the problem all along. Thanks for your follow up.

Turns out the problem was with the Tivo Bolt; not Comcast or the CableCard.
