I got the Xumo box yesterday and it won’t get off NBC.

To begin, I would recommend checking the HDMI connection, restarting the box and your Gateway, and verify your remote is paired and functioning correctly. You can also try using an Ethernet cable or adjusting the position of your device or Gateway to get a better Wi-Fi connection. Is the voice remote functional?
