help provisioning tv service
I recently subscribed to core television service. I already have internet service which is working fine. The tv service was working but now it is not. I tried all the troubleshooting steps but nothing fixes it. I believe it is a provisioning issue which cannot be fixed on my end. It's like the system is not recognizing that I have cable TV. I used to work for Comcast years ago so I'm a little familiar with provisioning issues. Can someone please fix it? Thanks!
