help for Paramount + with hanging issues

I used to be able to watch Paramount + on my TV with the small 4x6 size cable box.  As of 3 weeks ago I can only watch a couple of minutes with out it hanging and saying There was an error please try again later.   There are NO error codes.   I have rebooted it, removed power cable for 30 minutes.  All other cable channels work but Paramount + is the only issue.   Maybe my box is too old?
