help activating my t .v and remote . remote does nothing.
Both the remote and t.v are on. But the remote does nothing. their was not the tab to remove from the remote. no blue dots.

Hello @user_wsu04f Thank you for reaching out to us on the Xfintiy Forums for help with the remote. I swear I have to pair some type of remote to some device consistently at my home. I have two little guys that love remote cars and toys. I think that may be the issue you are seeing and the remote may simply need to be paired. Is the TV screen showing a TV program, or asking to activate the service? Which Xfinity remote do you have?
