Having trouble with on/off and volume working in remote with seiki tv

Have paired new remote with seiki tv. Cannot control volume or on/off.  Picked up new remote from xfinity in case that was the issue but having the same problem.

Hey there, user_01c0o3! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums team. When pairing the remote, did you select that the code did not work and attempt another one? I have found these are the codes that typically work, 12964 13560 13559 13382 10178 12260 13118. Can you attempt all of those codes to see if that will allow the power buttom and volume control?
