Guide Not Updating - To Be Announced

The guide is not updating, every channel says "To Be Announced" 

I can't refresh the tv box as it keeps saying it is offline, but it is working.

Any help?

Have you powercycled the TV Box?

Yes I have even pulled the plug to no avail... nothing has worked so far. To get ahold of someone at xfinity is a joke as well.
