Getting TCM on set top boxes

I upgraded my service to the sports and entertainment package tonight. I only did it because my wife loves to watch TCM, and was extremely unhappy when Comcast moved it to the sports and entertainment package. She usually watches tv in the kitchen, which has a set top box. After I added the sports and entertainment pkg. tonight, I can get TCM on the big tv that is connected to the X1 box, but it doesn't work on the 2 set top boxes. Why????

Both are DTAs and don’t get that programming. They don’t get past Starter or add on packages. You’d have to upgrade your boxes. DTAs have always been this way

One oldert box says "HD-uDTA-M" and the newer box says XiD-P...neither one gets the channel or even shows it on the menu.

Do you know if that's a free upgrade? I can just trade the boxes in for new ones? Thank you for your help, I realy appreciate it.
