[FLEX] Can't sign into existing subscription services?

I already have a separate subscription for HBO?? But I'm not allowed to sign into HBO on my new Xfinity Flex without paying another 15 bucks a month? I'm pretty sure more then half of these services I have to pay for again through Xfinity which is not really exciting and defeats the purpose of streaming services with Xfinity. 

 

I believe they would be much more successful compared to their competitor if they allowed customers to sign in to already existing services like HBO, Starz and all that good stuff. 

 

Unless theres a button I'm missing or...

I'd like for Comcast to answer your question soon. I'm currently paying the extra $15 bc I had to subscribe through my Xfinity account (I'm already paying for HBO separately). I'm not able to cancel my subscription on the Flex device either, I'm going to have to call.

I’m having the same issue. I get HBO max for free with my wireless plan and I can’t sign in on Flex. I tried and it subscribed me and it’s so annoying!! I was able to do chat to have them remove the subscription on my Xfinity account.

What's the point having flex if you cannot login to your apps !!!
