Favorites are gone on my fire tvs
I had previously selected many favorites and now they are gone from all of my fire tvs. It tells me to reselect them but the process has changed and also doesn’t work on fire tvs. The star that is supposed to show up is not there.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_4412e3! Having your favorites disappear across all of your Fire TV devices would definitely be frustrating, especially when the app is asking you to set them up again. For troubleshooting purposes, do each of the Fire TVs have Fire OS 6 or later?
