Hello, @user_ftaitb thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance on equipment return, and wanted to see if you're still needing assistance. 

The easiest option for returning equipment if you have a printer > go here and sign in: https://customer.xfinity.com/devices/returns > select the equipment you want to return > print out the label, and box the equipment up for return. Then you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a return. 

Another option is to return the equipment to a local Xfinity or certified UPS Store. The equipment has a sticker with a bar code on it, the UPS store can scan that to print a label out (they don't provide boxes, so you'd need to take a box the equipment fits in with you). If going to a Xfinity Store, they will scan the equipment for return. It's recommended to keep your receipt when taking the equipment to either of these return locations.
