DVR lost recordings
My husband's DVR keeps on losing recordings. Reset, new DVR has not resolved.
He's beyond himself.
Hours on the phone with customer service and technical support. Majority of advice is to reset.(Done - hasn't stopped it). Yesterday seemed to have a knowledgeable support person (shocker at this point) on the phone. Made some adjustments that were to have addressed. More recordings dropped this am.
NO ONE from Xfinity support seems to have the technical knowledge to resolve.
Major aggrevation for $200 + month in bundled services. Any suggestions other than cancelling cable?
