Discovery plus app
The app is super glitchy. Sometimes I doesn't show programs I've saved. It doesn't resume play where the program was paused. And right now it won't even open. I've already restarted the TV box but the app won't open.

Hey there! This is definitely not what we like to hear and I'd love to help. Are you having this same issue with your app on multiple devices? Is it the Xfinity Stream App that is causing you trouble?

I just got Discovery Plus and it was buffering so bad I couldn’t watch anything. Now I only get the logo and can’t do anything. I just got new cable boxes today. I guess I need to cancel Discovery Plus???

And all the and responses through the forums. Can you contact me for more information? I’m an official Xfinity employee. I wrote about this issue 3 months ago and it still never got solved and then they told me it was a discovery plus issue when it works fine when I’m streaming from my phone, my laptop or anywhere else but it will never work on Xfinity anymore. But Xfinity you keep saying it’s a discovery plus issue!

So I went into my settings on my main box and cleared the cache and it has worked fine ever since then.
