Directv and xfinity

Not at the same time, you need to disconnect it off the direct tv splitter and connect to the live Comcast feed

Both outlets in my living room were used for directv but now I want to use for xfinity. Can this be done ?

Both use coax, you can disconnect direct tv anytime and hook up Comcast services

I’m cluesless when it comes to installation for the most part. The coax outlets I have already in my house, how do I use those for xfinity rather than directv? Hope that makes sense
