DCT700 Recurring Audio Dropouts

I've recently been having audio dropouts of one second or less duration which which occur in clusters lasting for a minute or two.  This pattern persists for a few minutes and then disappears for a few minutes.  Currently it's happening only on BBC America, while all other channels are fine.  A few days ago it was on one of the free movie channels but nowhere else.  On BBC it  sometimes disappears entirely or becomes very infrequent during commercial breaks, only to resume when the regular programing resumes.  Given the way the problem roams around from channel to channel I'm inclined to think this is a transmission problem rather than an equipment problem on my end.  I looked at the Audio/Video dignostic screen while this was happening on BBC and noticed that something called the ADP Lock is briefly flipping from YES to NO at intervals that seem to match to audio drops.  Is this indicative of some sort of technical problem?

If you know how to get at the diagnostics screens, check the signal levels and SNR. You may have a poor signal and some noise is causing it to briefly lose sync.

For what it's worth, the "In Band Status" screen says: "SNR 36dB Good".  That's the current situation on BBC America at the moment with the audio dropouts occurring again.  The problem was absent for much of the day and then began again late Friday evening.   As before, only BBC America is affected.  The audio is normal on all other channels.
