That Standard Definition box does not look to be supported at this time, most shows have converted to HD broadcasting and/or streaming. If you still have one of these boxes, I would encourage you to return it to us as soon as possible either at one of our Xfinity Stores or at a UPS Store to avoid any unreturned equipment fees. If you'd like to swap out the box for another supported device, stopping in at one of our Xfinity Stores would be the quickest and easiest way to return and receive a new box.
