Connectivity Issues

Having connectivity issues all of a sudden.  Started this past weekend- tv screen would freeze and/or go black.  Error message comes up saying that "we're trying to fix it on our end".  Have done numerous resets but problem persists.  Have called support twice who performed diagnostics and resets, but problem persists.  I am currently waiting on 2 replacement wireless set top boxes, but I seriously doubt that will fix the connectivity issue.  We've had this "system" for about 4 months.  At first, we've had numerous freezing issues.  A tech came and checked every cable connector and replaced several of them.  That seemed to make a difference with a only short freeze here and there.  But again, this past weekend we've experienced at least a half dozen lost signals for extended periods of time (5-10 minutes), and then again each night since.  Having previously had a satellite dish for 15 years and never having any connectivity issues, this is very frustrating and has us seriously considering going back to satellite dish especially if the 2 replacement boxes don't fix the problem which I don't think it will.

I'm hoping that someone from Comcast sees this and will find the root cause of the connectivity issue and fix it permanently.  We really want to stay with Comcast...

Been doing some research and came across several posts/reviews about putting a MoCA POE Filter on the cable input line and that it resolved connectivity issues.  Is this the end-all fix?
