Comcast cable not working
can’t get channels to play on tv. Message says “one moment please, this channel should be available shortly”. We have tried turning everything one and off again, and unplugging everything. Same message still appears

Hello, @user_27m9gq it sounds like your cable box may be offline. If you don't have X1 are you able to share the make and model number of your cable box? If you have a Digital Converter you may need to get that upgraded as those boxes are no longer supported in most markets.
