Closed caption on Amazon Prime is now in Polish and I cannot change it

While watching Bosch in English with English subtitles on Amazon Prime on my Xfinity system, I hit some combination of keys while trying to pause the video, and the subtitles started displaying in Polish. When trying to change the selection back to English, it does not display as an option. I went to two other TVs connected to Xfinity, and entered Amazon Prime, and all display subtitles in Polish - audio is in English. From Amazon, I deregistered all TVs, and reregistered one, but subtitles are still in Polish with no way to change it. Is this an Amazon Prime Video issue?

Hey, @user_8cddf4! Thanks for posting on our community forums. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your TV Box Amazon Prime App concerns. To confirm, is this happening on all programing or a specific one? Have you tried accessing Amazon Prime through a different device (laptop, PC, or smartphone) to see if the issue persist?

@XfinityDilary​ this issue is only with Amazon Prime. After deregistering all devices, and registering them again on my TVs using Xfinity, the same issue occurs. It also occurs using PC. I have posted this issue on an Amazon forum as well.

Good Morning, @user_8cddf4 Based on the information provided, I am thinking this is an Amazon Prime concern as it is only occurring in the Amazon Prime App. Once again, no other programming like the Xfinity Stream App, Netflix, or HBO Max, are affected, correct?

I no longer work for Comcast.

Amazon prime on x1 show’s subtitles. From roku it does not. This appears to be an xfinity problem. Any fix?
