@user_16e001 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your cable box time changing on you. With daylight savings time your box should automatically adjust to the correct time. If you have one of older boxes press Menu twice on your silver Comcast remote control. Select Setup. Select Cable Box Setup. Use the arrows on the remote to select Current Time under Front LED Display. If you have one of our newer X1 boxes you can pick the time format, but the time is automatically updated based on your location. You can try to reset the box by un plugging the box from the power for at least 30 seconds I recommend up to 2 min to allow the temporary files in the box to be cleared and plugging it back in. Once the box resets and is back on the time should update to the correct time.

@user_16e001 Thank you for the additional details it sounds like this may be an issue with the box. Since the newer boxes have the time options updated automatically they should not be reverting after the reset. In that case, you may need to do a swap out for your box. With that said you mentioned it is a DVR, you may want to check out this link here before looking into swapping it out to make sure you keep the content you have saved. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/moving-transfer-recordings
