Choppy DVR playback and lack of customer service
I am having issues with my DVR playback and my cable box being slow. I’ve done the troubleshooting so many times. This issue is going on at least three weeks and I finally was able to talk to a “live” person in the customer support chat and they just stopped talking to me. Is there a phone number I can call to talk to some one? I can’t find one on the website for support. I think I need a new box.
