Can’t get my cablecard paired with TiVo

My Tivo Edge broke, and I need to pair the cablecard that I have (that worked in the Edge) with my Roamio.  I tried pairing with the online site, and it was unable to complete the pairing.  I am certain that I entered the right info.  I tried calling the support number and have talked to 3 people who don’t know what to do.  Who can I talk to in order to get this pairing resolved?

Hello @user_9tlwyi Thanks for reaching out. Cable cards are in the process of being sunsetted with us and in some cases pairing to new devices is not working anymore. We can try escalating and providing all the information to a team that can handle it. But cannot guarantee it will pair due to the cable cards getting grandfathered. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
