Cannot get someone to speak to to troubleshoot my error code!

Seriously frustrated right now. My cable box suddenly stopped working early last week. I chatted with the Xfinity staff and they ultimately sent me a new box. Plugged it in 5 days later once received and it will not connect. I keep getting the error PST 1 and RDK-03004 on the TV. I cannot get someone to call me and talk about this at all!

 

I have called at least 10 times and the system says i need to speak to someone, but NO ONE CALLS!

There isn’t much to talk about, that code means that you either have no live cable or the signal is so bad, your equipment can’t connect. What was wrong with the original equipment?

it died, one day it worked, another it did not. Do you think i should try to change the splitter?

I feel your frustration.  I have a problem with one of my TV boxes and started a chat with a Comcast rep.  An hour and a half later still working on problem and the chat quit working!!!!  What has happened to Comcast support????
