CableCard Upgrade Issue (TiVo)

Hello,

It appears that my TiVo Roamio is stuck in a CableCard upgrade loop.  It keeps cycling between the upgrade screen and the Home Screen.  There isn’t any progress and seems to be stuck at a gray screen with this info:

TunedFreq: 249000KHz

Collected Block: [0/508]

Status: 0% completed ….

The message says “If the update fails, contact your cable provider.”  Could you please help.

Hi there, @krypto71077 I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having with your CableCard, I know firsthand how frustrating that is for you. Since it's been a few days since you posted, are you still experiencing the same issue, if so please reach back out.-Richard

@XfinityRichard​  Good morning.  Yes I am still having the same problem.  However I am currently working the issue with the Xfinity Team over on Reddit.  Thanks for following up.  You can close this thread.

Thank you for the update of working with us over Reddit support, I'm positive you're in good hands as our team who handles Xfinity Forums support is also the Reddit support team. It will definitely be best to stick to one platform for help, that way there aren't too many people trying to do the same thing at one time which can be counterproductive. 

We appreciate your time, and for being part of the Xfinity family. If you do have time once the cable card issue has been resolved to leave an update on the resolution here, it would definitely be helpful for other great Xfinity Forums members who may have similar issues. I also found this document on our website that has some good information about cable card support if all activation/troubleshooting steps from our end have been attempted: If you need assistance, call 877-405-2298 and request CableCARD Activation.
