Cablecard pairing

Hello, I tried using Xfinity.com/activatecablecard to pair an existing card to another device, but it gave an error.

When I try later, I see the updated data I'd, etc showing the updated input

When I call the cablecard line, it's telling me that the wait time is over 60 min.

Is there someone that can push a signal and possibly see why the cablecard self service portal isn't fully working?
