Cablecard Issues

Hello-

I am having issues getting my Cablecard properly activated (validated).  I have been on several calls with the CSR's that continue to tell me that the "cablecard is bad" and that I need to go to the Xfinity store to get a new one (now on my 3rd CC). This device/setup was working perfectly at my old address.  All other boxes and internet are working flawlessly.  My setup details are below.  Any help here is appreciated.

Device:  Silicondust HDHomeRun Prime

Cablecard ID: 0-011-951-366-506

Host ID: 0-643-207-420-776

OOB Lock 1.544 Mbps
Signal Strength 100% (10.1 dBmV)

Been using a CC since Jan 2015 ......very few problems UNTIL recently. Been on phone calls for hours talking to TIVO and Comcast.....

One thing is obvious THE CHANNEL LINEUP is NOT being updated.....

Example .....CLTV is still in the TIVO GUIDE / Lineup. while not in cable card test. CLTV shut down How many years ago???????.

Channels are falling off  the  4 digit line up REELZ for example 1429 listed in guide but errors D261 But works fine @ 507 I am so ************ tired of dealing [Edited: "inflammatory"]

Tivo's Equipment Is NOT compatible  with IP streaming DO NOT WASTE your money. While I listed two channels it's effecting over 30 at last count. From what I was told Comcast is using the 4 digit up line to convert to IP dreaming, Smithsonian channel was the first  one I noticed about 2 years ago.

Hello, @user_c0eb21 So sorry to hear you are having similar issues with your cable card equipment. Thank you so much for the details you provided us with and allowing us to look into this further with you. I understand that it has worked great for the past three years and just recently started causing issues. Have you made any changes to your account such as a package change, a transfer of service, ETC?

I no longer work for Comcast.
