Cablecard in TiVo stopped working
Hello,
I have a TiVo device with a cablecard. It was working fine, but I had to reboot the TiVo device. After the reboot, none of my channels are working any more. They all say "This channel is not authorized. Contact your cable provider for more information (V58).
I've tried going through phone support, but wasn't able to get to anyone to help me. Would appreciate help getting this resolved.

We will need to check that the service and your card are listed correctly in our systems. From there we will send a signal to the card. If that doesn't fix this, there are further steps we can take including opening a ticket for the advanced repair team.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
