Cable tv outage
Our cable went out this afternoon. A chat with tech support schedules a visit for 6/6. 2 weeks? When asked about a sooner visit, oh, they gave us a $20 credit. Ummm, apparently they haven’t seen a cable bill lately, $20 for my cable to be out for 2 weeks, think again. I am not a happy Comcast customer. I have had Comcast cable service in my home for 35 years and I have never been so mad about it! BTW, our internet still is working. What the heck?

When you have an outage, check the outage map at https://www.xfinity.com/support/status-map/. It may not show a problem immediately, but after a bit, it can tell you if it's just your ore something affecting multiple users.
