Cable Card/TIVO
Last Wednesday I stopped receiving all my local channels on my Tivo and at least 20 HD channels moved to different channel numbers. I just received a new Cable card in the mail and had it paired with my Tivo. I’m still missing all local channels and still have HD Channels in the wrong locations. The comcast rep noted it and said she will escalate. Is there anything else I can do?
