Cable card not functioning

Hi, my cable card isn’t working. Your site says you’re no longer supporting/replacing them, but also mentions an Xfinity X1 TV Box upgrade for $0 x 12 months. When I called support, no one knew about this, and I was transferred 3 times with no help. Two reps even said cable cards are still supported. Can someone clarify what’s going on? I’m still being charged for service I’m not receiving.
