Cable Card missing channels

My cable card is working but only has 59 of my 300 plus channels.

How can we fix this?

TFC1940 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your cable card not getting all your channels. We definitely want to make sure you have access to all your channel options. Have you by chance checked out the troubleshooting options in the Xfinity app/Xfinity assistant

I had a pomotion which was suppose to last until september 2026 but instead Comcast created an error in one of my TV boxes which I had call comcast customer service line for tech support to send signal to that box. A agent from India clian to be sending signal to that one box but instead caused error in 2 boxes. I called back agin and was transferred from one cutromer service person to another. The all was from different couties outside USA. I then went to the  xfinity White Marsh store when I learned Use limited customer service REps from fro USA.

When I went to the Xfinity store I wanted to talk with someone in Billing from USA but instead I had to talk with some one in Billing from a screen. They claim they would restore my 2 boxes back and said that customer service person from india remove my 2 TV boxes and my promotion from my accvount by mistake. She claim someone from billing would do a investigation and put my account back as it was. Ofcouse this was another lie. Instead of my pomotiom being restore I was charge my bill was $245.00/mo increase to $350/mo for the same channels, boxes and internet I already had. I have had if for the last 12 years exactly the same product and service.

I was with Comcast 15 yrs or more continuously and paid on time every month never late. My pomotion was not restored so I had to cancel my TV service and return 3 boxes. Afterward, I received a bill from Comcast for broadcast service but I nolonger, have any cable tv service. This all seems to be some type of fraud.

Next I am going get rid all of comcast and go with a company that care about their customers. I am told to send my  complaint to Maryland Consumer protecion agency since Comcast did absolutely nothing to correct their mistake.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
