Cable Card Hell
Lost MLB channel and HBO 2 weeks ago on my Roamio.
5 Hours with support, then went to store for new CC, installed it, and NO CHANNELS at ALL.
Multiple calls, countless hours on phone, two service tech visits tried 5 different cards that will NOT PAIR.
Bought new Roamio. Tried all CC's in new box. None would pair.
Talked to cust service rep yesterday who assured me that case - #CR053420650 - is escalated, and would get call back from senior tech in 2 hours.
Got no call.
Issue STILL UNRESOLVED.

Thanks for response, but neither suggested sites were of any help as this problem has been (apparently) escalated to level 3.
Brand new CC is on its way.
TIA for input from anyone with CableCard expertise.
