Hello there, @jifclaims. I hope you were able to use the options @BruceW provided in order to reset the cable boxes. These are great options where you can get this done yourself. If you are still having issues, please let us know!

So what happens when box repeatedly attempts to reset itself. Mine has been doing it for 6 hrs straight.
