Cable Box Issues

Every channel is coming up as "non authorized". Spent two hours last night with Comcast agent trying to get resolved to no avail. Have tried rebooting box.

Hello, @user_t3obsy! Thanks for creating a post about your channel concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I would love to help however I can! Are you still experiencing the "not authorized" error? If so, what other troubleshooting have you tried besides rebooting the TV Box? For example, you should be able to use the Xfinity App to send signals to your equipment, even through the Xfinity Assistant.
