Bedroom Box Malfunctioning

The box we have in our bedroom for TV streaming is malfunctioning. We lose sound often, and when it's bad the screen also goes black for minutes at a time.

Can't seem to get in contact with a human. The online chat used to connect to a human if you requested it. Now it just loops through the most asinine questions about plugging the device in.
