audio sync with streaming video

All posts I have seen do not fix my sync delay which is variable depending on the streaming channel. If you have this specific problem try this if you have LG TV. There is an advanced setting of "match screen and sound". Set this to bypass. There may be other TVs with a similar setting. Thanks Xfinity for posting my solution as it took me 3 years to find it.
