APPLE TV + WON'T LOAD. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Couldn’t get Apple TV + to load on my Xfinity box. I exchanged the box with Xfinity and had the same result with the new boxes. The Apple TV + logo would appear and that’s all it would do. Customer service was zero help and one rep told me Apple TV + didn’t run in Comcast’s TV boxes.

Problem Solve: I picked up a voice remote and said “Play Ted Lasso on Apple + TV and it actually loaded and played! It is working on all the other boxes now. I can just click on the Apple + TV icon now and it loads and works perfectly. Hopefully this will be a resolution for the other folks having the same issue.
