Access to Cable with a SmartTV

I previously had a TiVO with a CableCard -- a recent storm blew out my TV and my TiVO -- I just got a SmartTV, but it's not finding any cable channels. Hope this makes sense, not being able to call into Comcast is a bit frustrating, so any help would be appreciated.

You need a cable box, just like you needed TiVo. Or use a Roku and use the Xfinity Stream app, or if you have a compatible tv, it may have access to the Stream app
