2 Issues: Xumo Box is stuck in setup, and what is going on with my account!

I've seen that many have had this same problem with Xumo after having moved, just as I did last Friday. It worked okay all day the first day in my new apartment, but by the next day, it became stuck repeatedly taking me through the setup cycle, which does nothing after having repeatedly doing so multiple times. Which was also the same experience I spent over 3 hours yesterday communicating with the useless bunch of AI's, and going thru 5 different supposedly "live" agents, and 4 different supposedly requests the last person supposedly put in for call backs that never happened. 

And I don't know how to request this, except that the only thing that works right, is my Internet.

The 2nd problem is, what did Xfinity do to my account?
