Xfinity international roaming not working - please help

Hello,

I landed in Europe about a couple of hours ago and my xfinity mobile is not working at all, even though i have the mobile unlimited plus plan which should include that service.

i called xfinity customer service and that was no help for me, i need to connect to the data asap to get around the city, please help me with this!!!! 

i made sure roaming is on and restarted my phone but nothing helped, i still have “No Service” and no bars at all
