Cannot make any outgoing phone calls
Every number I try to call is giving the same message "The wireless customer you have called is not available at this time. Please try this call again later. Announcement 1." My phone plan is tied to my internet plan and as of yesterday I called to cancel my internet plan, but not for another couple weeks. Everything else is working fine - internet is good, I can receive phone calls, sending and receiving text messages is working, it's just the outgoing phone calls are not going through. Please help!!

Adding to this post: I can't even call Xfinity to chat with support!!!!! I get the same message that "The wireless number I have called is not available at this time". You're telling me my phone provider is not available?!?!??? EEK

I just switched over to Xfinity mobile from straight talk and I am having this problem. Everything else works except calling out. I've chatted online with their agents who can do absolutely nothing to help me. I've gone in store to no avail. They even put a new SIM card in. I was able to make one call and then it was back to no calls. I have a feeling Xfinity knows what's going on. It just doesn't care. They told me I got to wait 1 to 3 days to possibly make a call. I'm going to go back to my other provider. I had zero problems 100% of the time and now I have one problem all the time
