transfer AT&T landline number to an already existing Xfinity home line.

We already have an Xfinity home voice line. We would like to transfer our current AT&T landline number to that existing home voice line. Is this possible?

Hello user_nz7l3w, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We are happy you're here, and happy to help. I am happy to tell you, yes, your active ATT number can be ported to your active Xfinity Voice phone line. You can call in to customer care at 800-266-2278, or we can assist you here if you wish. Just let us know which option you prefer, and we will provide the next steps for you.

I have an Xfinity Voice Unlimited line.  Is this the same thing as the home voice line discussed here?  At any rate, can I transfer my AT&T landline phone number to my Xfinity phone line?

Hey @RDH1Z, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. You can most certainly port into the Xfinity Voice or Xfinity Mobile service. If you would like to go over the best options, please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.
