Caller ID not working

I recently upgraded my modem, and since then no caller ID shows up on the TV and all calls come in as private number. I don't know who is calling or why these features are not working. Can I get some assistance?

Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues regarding your phone services since you've changed out to a new modem. I'd now like to take a closer look at the situation and get your caller ID issues resolved ASAP!
