I posted an issue I've been having for months on the forum, but it is now marked private and is not visible. I wasn't given a reason why and I really need help with this. What can I do so it's visible again?

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum and thank you for posting your questions here. By default, our system automatically privatizes any post that has an image shared in it. This allows our moderators time to review the post and ensure no inappropriate/personal information exists in those images.
