Two months after discussing this problem in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/getting-started/forum-comments-vs-replies/62583f452575550291d522eb, and 8 months after that initial posting, I still do not receive email or "bell" icon notification for Replies. In fact, I have never received a email or in-app notification for any Reply in the Sprinklr version of the Forum.

3 months after discussing this problem in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/getting-started/forum-comments-vs-replies/62583f452575550291d522eb, and 9 months after that initial posting, I still do not receive email or "bell" icon notification for Replies. In fact, I have never received a email or in-app notification for any Reply in the Sprinklr version of the Forum, even though ALL of the boxes in my profile's "Notification Preferences" section are checked.
