If that is the case you can certainly direct message me with that username and your full name and we can provide those details. In the mean time, I can tell you for certain that any ban provided in this community is due to a direct (often multiple) violation of our Xfinity Forum Guidelines and our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy.
