blocked user in the Xfinity forum?

Anyone care to enlighten all users why a particular user-name was blocked here?

Thank you for posting your question here in the Xfinity Forum. In regards to a ban, as mentioned by our Expert @Again, we typically do not divulge the reason for a specific user ban unless that username is associated with your account. If that is the case you can certainly direct message me with that username and your full name and we can provide those details. In the mean time, I can tell you for certain that any ban provided in this community is due to a direct (often multiple) violation of our Xfinity Forum Guidelines and our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy.

Please remember, by having an account and utilizing these forums, you have already agreed to the rules, policies, and guidelines contained within those document as well as any other posted documents throughout the community.
